Warm greetings to all members,
I express my sincere gratitude to the IMA TNSB fraternity for the trust and confidence placed in me by selecting me as the Honorary Secretary. I accept this responsibility with humility and a deep sense of commitment.
IMA TNSB has always been the collective voice of the medical fraternity—safeguarding professional rights, upholding ethical practice, and striving for quality healthcare delivery to society. It is a privilege to serve this esteemed organisation.
In my role as Secretary, I assure members of three guiding principles:
• Commitment to member welfare
• Transparency in all actions and communications
• Teamwork through collective participation and shared responsibility
Constructive feedback and guidance from members are always welcome, as they will help us function more effectively and achieve better outcomes.
While we face several issues and challenges, unity and collective strength will remain our greatest assets. With active member involvement, IMATNSB will continue to grow stronger and more impactful.
I place on record my heartfelt appreciation to our immediate past leadership—Dr. P. Senguttuvan, Past President; Dr. S. Karthick Prabhu, Past Honorary Secretary; and Dr. S. Gowrishankar, Past Honorary Finance Secretary—for their dedicated service, hard work, and valuable contributions, which have significantly strengthened IMATNSB and laid a solid foundation for the present.
I also extend my sincere thanks to the TIMACON 2025 Organising Team for hosting a well-organised conference with excellent scientific sessions, seamless SCM arrangements, and warm hospitality.
I look forward to working closely with the President, Honorary Finance Secretary, State Council members, and all branch office-bearers in the coming term.
Together, let us move forward with renewed energy, unity, and purpose for a stronger IMATNSB and a safer, respected medical community.
